Another great job by Pure Energy! Nate and the crew blasted it out again. The crew as always were organized and quick. They also recommended a better lighting system that the specs called for with out calling for a change order. Additionally, the plans didn't call for some lights to be attached to the wall via unistrut, but in order to have a more professional look the team installed it without blinking an eye. Always great to work with sub-contractors that look at our projects as a team effort

Chris and his electrician crew upgraded our electrical service, main panels, found and corrected electrical issues regarding switches and lighting, and new service from outside to inside house. Scheduled and performed all work on time. I definitely recommend this company and will call Pure Energy Electrical Services again. They are the best. Thank you.

I have used Pure Energy for a number of different projects over the past few years. We have used them for everything from a complete kitchen remodel to installing smart switches to installing outlets outside to fixing issues with our breaker panel. The electricians are always prompt, efficient, professional and most importantly, they know what they are doing. They were recommended by our builder and we are glad we found them.

The quality of their work is good and the staff could not be any more friendly. The gentleman who replaced our panel was efficient, hard working (in spite of working in some of the highest heat and humidity in Florida this year) and still kept a smile on his face. They arrived on time and were finished before we expected them to be. I can't say enough good things about them in any regard from booking all the way through install. My only point of disappointment was the billing process. The estimate matched the invoice we received but nowhere on the estimate did it note that payments by credit card would be assessed an additional 3.75% service charge. Finding this out after the fact made it difficult for me because instead of putting it on a card and making payments, which is what I budgeted for...I am forced to pay extra for this fee or pay it directly out of savings. Definitely an unexpected and disappointing end to this transaction.

The two technicians that came out from Pure Energy Electrical Services were friendly, professional, informative and worked hard to get upgrades completed in a timely manner. The entire experience from Pure Energy, from the quote process to the work being completed, was a very positive and stressfree experience. My dogs even loved them! I highly recommend Pure Energy Electric because they are well-skilled professional electricians and the quality of their work is second to none. They are prompt, efficient, courteous and respectful. The workmanship is excellent. The crew shows up on time, every time, and are presentable. They take great care to take care of your home and clean up after themselves. I will use again.I would take extra care to ensure that if you're paying hourly you get the full story in writing first. Twice I've used them at my home and they bill me for significantly more than stated. The first time they charge $100 an hour and worked for several hours. When I received the bill they also charged me $150 for drive time (Their office is in the same county as mine). I was unaware. The last trip I got an email from the owners saying that now they charge $125 for the first hour and $100 an hour each hour after to account for drive time. They were at my home for 3 hours and I was billed $650 instead of the $325 and ~$50 materials I was estimating. When I contacted them they said they changed their policy again and now they charge for drive time and they charged me another hour and a half drive time. I was completely unaware and again disappointed by the lack of transparency in cost beforehand. I'd still use them but I will be very clear that I need transparent pricing again before the next service.

Nate has saved my butt so many times. Not only has he fixed the little stuff around my house, he also saved me from a major fire when he fixed a faulty line in my house. Whenever I have had an emergency, he is there! One Saturday morning, when my band was setting up for a gig, I realized that we did not have the correct plug for the outlet to power our equipment at Francis Field here in Saint Augustine. I urgently call Nate, the owner of Pure Energy Electric. He took my call early on a Saturday morning and saved the day! These are just a few of the stories I have and I have only known Nate for 3 years. It's amazing how helpful he has been to me and my life and family.
